Experiences: All experiences are non-refundable. You are not buying a product :: you are engaging in a process. The depth of transformation is determined by your own willingness to do the work. If it does not work, it is because you did not work.

Merch: All merchandise is handled through Printify’s fulfillment process. Refunds, exchanges, and replacements are subject to Printify’s policies. If an issue arises, contact support, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Books (Amazon): Books are distributed through Amazon’s fulfillment system. Any refund requests should be directed through Amazon’s return policy.

The Nature of This Work: Alchemy does not refund what you refuse to transform.
